When this website is accessed, the hosting provider IONOS SE processes technically necessary access data, in particular the IP address, date and time, requested file, amount of data transferred, referrer if supplied, and browser and operating-system information. Processing is required for secure and stable delivery, fault analysis and protection against attacks. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Log data are deleted or anonymised when they are no longer required for these purposes; contractual and statutory retention periods also apply.

If you contact us by email or telephone, we process the information supplied and the content of the enquiry to respond, prepare an offer and take pre-contractual or contractual steps. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; for other enquiries Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Data are deleted when the enquiry has been completed unless statutory retention duties apply.
4. Local media and downloads
Images, the typeface, the audio sample and the Technical Rider are served from the same webspace. Loading them does not establish a connection to analytics, advertising or social-media services.

The website itself does not use analytics or marketing cookies, audience measurement, social plugins or embedded third-party players. Strictly necessary storage may be used under section 25(2) TDDDG; any non-essential access would require prior consent under section 25(1) TDDDG.

Technical service providers may receive data as processors in connection with hosting. The current version of the website does not intentionally transfer personal data to countries outside the European Union or European Economic Area.
